Heart and shoulder openers

Here is a great short practice for counteracting all the rounded postures we find ourselves in through using screens so much.

It is also really useful for upper limb weight bearing to help build or maintain bone density. If you have had breast surgery, have radiotherapy scarring, cording or lymphoedema, these postures and exercises are beneficial if done regularly. If you have any concerns or queries, please undertake this in conjunction with your health professional.
